Not only did Cesar show up super early and on time , he showed up ready to help me during a stressful time , walked me trough the procedure and even gave me options on how to save money during this time , he noticed the stressful situation not only I’m dealing with but others and instead of taking advantage cesar went above and beyond with the installation of my new water heater . To many people is just an install but to me it was a helping hand , advice , and just a simple you’re not alone during this stressful time . What really sets him apart is his ability to pass inspections the first time and again at final, which speaks volumes about the quality and precision of his work. He also takes the time to explain the reasoning behind each fixture and installation, which we really appreciated. Overall, the communication, reliability, and craftsmanship were top-notch.
